Amazing spot, extremely helpful staff. They're not only knowledgeable but they go above and beyond to make your you're cared for. You can tell they care about their community.
This is the best pharmacy I’ve been to in the city. Joanna always remembers my name and greets me when I walk in, making a normal stressful experience for me (being in a pharmacy) an actually nice experience. Everyone else I’ve met is also lovely! They’re much less expensive than shoppers, and are a great spot to have in the community. I feel very lucky to have them as my usual pharmacy :)

I started getting my prescriptions from this place 8 years ago and having travelled around the country working I have found this pharmacy to have the most efficient staff with the friendliest attitudes to customers that I have ever run across. Too bad 5 stars is all I could give

Got a test done here 2 days back and still no results! I understand the labs are backlogged but no other facility is still taking over 24h :(. No idea when I will receive the results either - heard it can be upto 5 days which is really a ridiculous timeline. If the sample takes that long, are the results even valid? Just book at a Wch / uhn at least you’ll get results in a timely manner. Edit: Just got my results on day 3. They emailed and they called. Would like to point out that it’s not the pharmacy that takes long but the lab allotted to them.
The pharmacy trying to make money from you. I booked a covid test and i feel i might have expose with covid people. So i booked a test and they not allow me to test. Trying to force me to pay for the rapid one. When i showed them that i have symptoms they dont even care and make me waiting for 40 mins
