Was so relieved to find this pharmacist when filling a replacement dose of my 1 year old’s croup medication. She was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different doses and concentrations available and even assisted in having the prescription picked up. Outstanding service.
Prescription went in from doctors office over three weeks ago for injectable vials and syringes plus needles. At doctors appointment (1h 20H drive) last week we were asked why we had not brought the vials and syringes for instruction on how to administer it. We were advised to follow up so we called Pace to see why we had not received our prescription which we thought was due to be picked up at our local pharmacy. We were told somone left voice mail but we checked and no voice mail. We then placed the order and paid direct and were only sent the vials this week and no syringes or needles. We called Pace and was told they would not charge us for delivery of syringes and needles as it was a mistake but we would not receive them till next week. We ended up calling several local pharmacies and purchased them.
We have used Pace Leaside a number of times for a compounded drug. Each time staff have been thorough and exacting with the orders. Delivery has been prompt. I recommend Pace Leaside for compounded drugs.
