So far so good, the staff are nice, the pharmacy is quiet and chill and yeah I waited 30 minutes but also like who cares thats a short wait for good medicine and nice staff in a relaxing quiet pharmacy. The medicine was even a bit cheaper than I expected it would be!!!!
Wouldn't take a prescription fax from telemedicine. It's not like im trying to request narcotics. It's 2025, get with the technology. I'd expect better from a small pharmacy. Back to shoppers!
Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. It was very easy to arrange for payment and delivery of my compounded medication. The pharmacist I spoke to was extremely thorough and made sure I understood how to use my medication.
I am not actually a customer but I walked by and saw workmen installing a ramp to make the pharmacy wheelchair accessible, so I wanted to give five stars for that!
Amazing people, very friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Pharmacists are all super friendly and easy to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy. Pace Pharmacy went above and beyond to compound my daughters medications. They individualized every pill and oral liquid for her to a size and taste suitable for a 4 year old. They even ran the medication out to the car so I wouldnt have to find parking downtown and offered delivery which was extremely helpful. Amazing customer service. Thank you again! We will continue to use Pace.
Im so happy to with everything about this pharmacy, except for their terrible customer service skills on the telephone. Sounding totally miserable while also being super short and assumptive about a customers situation isnt helpful or pleasant at all.
They indeed do what others pharmacies I dealt with did: prescription transferred asap, and 24/48h preparation if products are available, and inform you for pick up. So, until then it is perfect.- Bad customer service on the phone, so when picking up my prescription, I kept it polite and very short exchange because the rep. I met was kind and nice. - For "30g" of my medicine they charged me almost "70$", while for 50g the Shopper or Rexal Pharmacy charged me 60$. Twice more for twice less.- The product is not as creamy, so it does not stay on the skin. While the one I order from another pharmacy does. Same composition though. But don't want to waste my energy to go back to Pace Pharmacy and have the same bad luck.Lesson of the week, you work hard for your money and you act kind to everybody, thus give your effort/money to those who think likewise.
