Willing to coordinate various initiative /needs with proactiveness I just find them a pleasure to be granted their services as they are so present for the awkwardness of the exchange it's just reaffirming and resounding appreciation our side to enact with their reliable and sweet practices. Five stars doesn’t even come close to expressing how great this pharmacy is! The staff are so incredibly kind and have taken time out of their day to help me, answer all the questions! Every time I pass they greet folks with so much warmth and it really feels like a place where you can ask questions and get a great and thoughtful answer! Soon, the price of some Rx will go up. Yesterday they took time to warn me: clearly explained the prices and what I could bring so they could help! They did it all without me asking! Other great things about them: - faxing from my doctor has always been great - they call and leave a message when it’s all ready - atm at the back! - sell lots of varieties of shampoos, creams, hair ties, and cold/flu! If you called I’m sure they will be sure to help! Y’all’s rock!!
Website says Covid vaccine walk in only after 1pm Mon,Tues,Wed,Fri,Sat. Walked in Friday 1:10pm was told to take a seat in the back of the pharmacy, after waiting 20 minutes I inquired as to how much longer I’d have to wait and was told the person who gives the vaccine had just left and could I come back later, that’s not possible I said I’d return tomorrow (Saturday) and was advised no one will be there tomorrow to give vaccines. Total disregard for people’s time. Suggest you call ahead and check if you’re considering getting a vaccine at Parkdale Pharmacy. I’ll get mine elsewhere, thanks!
I am so disappointed with this pharmacy!! Can you believe I have a blood clot in my leg and ODSP will only pay for 14 days of treatment and my doctor wrote me a prescription for 45 days and this pharmacy would not even call me to let me know I waited until noon today and I called them because this is a very serious issue. I was so upset. I called them and told them that I am switching pharmacy's . I dealt with them for 4 years. When it comes to my health I don't give any second chances. Very poor service!!!!
Super friendly. Super helpful. Edit: I'm updating my review because my original was entirely too vague. I've been coming to Parkdale Pharmacy for 6 or 7 years now. I receive some of the best, maybe the best, customer service here. Always helpful. Always above and beyond. And they have a relationship with their clients. They've done things for me that Shoppers would never do. If I move to the other end of the city I will keep Parkdale Pharmacy as my pharmacy. I can't say enough good things about everyone who works here. Shout out to T and Charles! Thank you all for everything you do for the community. I can only imagine how hard you work but please know it's VERY much appreciated. If you're new to the neighbourhood and you're looking for a pharmacy - this is where you want to be.
Aiman, Tiago and the whole staff including Paul on deliveries — how can I say enough? I moved across town and they still deliver my medication and consult on every one whenever I have questions (and sometimes even before I do!). Having a pharmacy that really cares is a special thing. Highly recommended.
