I’ve always had good experiences at this pharmacy until recently. I called in for a refill last week and wasn’t told the medication was out of stock, so I made a trip for nothing. Not ideal, but I let it slide. A few days later, I went back and was told it hadn’t even been ordered yet. They gave me 3 pills to hold me over and assured me the full prescription would still be covered by insurance. I paid $17 and left. When I came back to pick up the rest, I was surprised to find a $65 balance. I usually pay between $17–$25 for the full 12-pill prescription after insurance. I was told it was because of how the claim was submitted previously and that this counted as a “second dispense,” even though I thought it was just the rest of the same fill. The whole situation felt careless and inconsiderate. Really disappointing experience, I won’t be coming back.
What a staff!!! I had visited several pharmacies after some minor surgery…. All were out of a topical ointment… Pharmasave contacted a sister store and arranged for my Px to be delivered the same day!!!

Fantastic pharmacy, great & caring staff. Get meds for my mom managed and delivered from here! Far better service and cost than the local shoppers who were kicking up a big fuss when I requested advanced delivery due to travel plans.
Moved from Shoppers on a friends recommendation and an absolute world of difference. Kind, reliable and very fee friendly service. Can’t say enough good things. The level of professionalism is unsurpassed. I cannot recommend them enough.
This pharmasave is the BEST! I highly recommend this pharmasave, they are absolutely amazing, they treat you so well. They care for everyone who walks through their doors. They are Always on time with deliveries of medication, always nice when on the phone, and amazing in person! They are AWESOME!

They tended to my needs when other surrounding pharmacies didn't want to. I explained my situation to the pharmacists. They knew I couldn't leave my house and helped me every step of the way to ensure I received my medication. Sorry I didn't get all the names, I believe Andrew was one of the pharmacists and there was also a female pharmacist. The staff that worked the Sunday Jan 2nd/22 shift from morn to about 3 pm. You guys are the best. This pharmacy will definitely get my business. THANK YOU!
