I highly recommend this place for walk-ins. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Ruchita is fantastic. She not only provided excellent care during the visit but also followed up afterward.
Have been filling my scripts at the davisville Pharmasave location for a few years now. The pharmacy manager, Alex, provides really outstanding service: quickly filled scripts, calls when they’re ready, has tracked down/transferred scripts to and from other pharmacies whenever I’m in a pinch and not in the city - great dude. I ended up moving 30 minutes away and transferring all of my scripts to another Pharmasave, and their quality of service was no where near the calibre of Alex’s/Davisvilles… so I ended up transferring them all back and pick them up whenever I’m nearby, lol. It’s worth it.
I went to this pharmacy for my vaccinations. Alex is an incredible pharmacist! Highly knowledgeable, reassuring, and a very light hand when it comes to injections. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The manager here is very detail oriented and offers the most helpful customer service. I had to go to the ER for something that was unexpected and when the pharmacy didn't get my prescription they spent 45 minutes on the phone with the hospital. Thanks so much for geninunely caring about my needs!!!!!!
Just went there for wife's medicine. The lady with black frame glasses was super nice and gave me important advices. Forgot asking her name but won't forget her face.
I can see 5 star reviews related to the service in the pharmacy but my experience purchasing a store item has been a disaster. When I tried to return it not even 24 hr later, (with receipt and item with all tags) the self-proclaimed store manager, Tony, rudely told me that he will not accept the return. He pulled from the side of the counter (not easy to see) the return policy that basically states that all items are subject to non-return. As simple as that. We indeed have an interesting argument. When I finally decided to take the store credit he offered me, he changed his mind whenI told him about his rude behavior. We are dealing here with $20 I am planning to refer this event to the Ontario head office. They should be aware of the bossy and anti-customer attitude of this specific employee. Reality is that companies are only as good as the worst employee they hire.
