I always come to this pharmacy even though I have other pharmacies nearby. John and his team make it worth the trip. He has great customer service and genuinely cares for every patient that comes through the door. He knows how to chat with people and his team are so warm as well. It's a pharmacy that's hidden in Cabbagetown but a gem, for sure. I usually feel nervous around pharmacists because some of them can be condescending and explain things improperly, but it's never the case here. Thank you John and your team for great service

John, the pharmacist, was so responsive and was able to dispense the medication right away on both occasions. Even when something isn’t in stock, he’s quick and reliable in ordering it. This is my go-to pharmacy whenever I need to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist (Dr. John Meytas) is not only friendly, but he is very knowledgeable, and takes his time explaining the prescription - such as how to take it, when to take it, its counterindications, potential side effects, etc. He really cares about his customers and treats them like family.
