Giving this star to Amy. She is wonderful. I had a return which I had bought online. I tried to return in shoppers Thornhill square but they refused to do that. But Amy was really helpful. She printed my orders. And easily made the return. ❤️? She is so nice and attentive
I want to share that I usually have a pretty good experience shopping at the Beauty Boutique at this store. I usually get a lot of help when I need it. Raquel was very helpful in helping me find products, and offer to call me when they come in. Mellisa was so very kind and helpful too, and goes above and beyond in customer service. Even though this store is a bit less convenient to shop at compare to other SDMs near me, I usually come back to this store.

I visit the pharmacy at this Shoppers regularly. Every time I've been there, Rosie was always so friendly, courteous and helpful. Based on my experiences with Rosie alone, I would give a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you Rosie!!!
It is the nastiest store I have experience with. Prices are way higher than anywhere else plus rude, careless staff, specially at the cash. Horrible experience and never go back there.
I have an on/off experience at this location when it comes to customer service, but they do make things right if they can, especially Silvia, she always gives me the best recommendations and makes my shopping experience that much more enjoyable.
