I had a very long day with my mum at the hospital… phone dead and I couldn’t for the life of me find my mothers prescription (I believe I left it at the Rexall @ Bay/ College) . I told Maha Kamel what had happened (she was the lead Pharmacist on duty). Maha, lent me her personal phone to try and contact the pharmacy I thought I left my mother’s prescription at. Maha, is a great person and I hope Shoppers values having such a helpful and solid employee. Thxs Maha, greatly appreciated. -S Sullivan

I was with the pharmacy at the Parliament & Carlton store for over 20 years. Recently it became all new staff. They are very slow and some are quite rude. When picking up my prescription, they would look in one spot, then another, then a 3rd spot and not find it. Then they would go back to the first spot to find it was right there all along. I am no longing with the pharmacy because I can not longer trust them due to the fact that they made a mistake with my prescription twice in a row. I miss the old staff. They were great. I still shop at the store but I will not use the pharmacy.

This Shoppers Drug Mart is easy to shop in. I can find what I want, the staff are helpful, the store is clean, and the self-checkout is fast. It’s in a nice area too.

They've got the regular fares from every other shoppers. Two issues though: 1) Shoplifters rampant 2) Physicians. My attending physician for minor illness literally would not talk to me face to face (her back was to me the whole time). Yes, its just $19. But I would have rather gone to Costco Pharmacy, paid around $3, and had an actual person talking to me, unlike Dr. Robot at Shoppers.

Great for snacks, and beverages, but not groceries. Has pharmacy and everything else a Shoppers Drugmart has, just not groceries. Open till midnight for those snacks we crave.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Megan at Shoppers Drug Mart—she was absolutely lovely! So sweet, helpful, and gave me some amazing recommendations. I also want to mention how great the postal office staff are—they’re always friendly and efficient. Honestly, this is one of my favourite Shoppers locations to visit. The entire team is welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend shopping here!

I want to personally thank your employee Chi Chi. What a gem of human she is! She helped me and my friend in personal care and make up section exceptionally well and I have never come across such a knowledgeable person in recent shopping experience. I wish your employer or manager sees this and recognize your efforts. Thank you Ms. Chi Chi.
