Don’t event think to shop the beauty boutique at This location!!Jean the beauty boutique sales person The rudest most awful woman. Ron and the manager Sheridan are super helpful and nice.
Why is everything so grossly overpriced here. I can get absolutely everything in this store delivered to my home for way less. And that will include someone picking it up for me, packaging it, labeling it and shipping it to my door. And don't get my started with the "How did we do today" at the self checkout.
Unprofessional staff, i booked my appointment at 4:00 and went to the check in counter. The female staff with blond hair told me JUST WAIT for someone to call my name. I felt weirded and did a double check… that’s the answer i got I WAIT FOR 1.5 hours and asked the staff, she told me i need to pay for my vaccine and she was going to arrange injection. THAT INSANE, no one told me the right procedures. Does it mean i’m the new comer and i need to be treated in different ways? Or they are expecting all the customers are the returning customers and KNEW everything?
Customer service was the worst. There was a problem with the PC Point offer, and PC Optimum asked to contact the store to obtain the credit, but Hardik, the storage manager, and another individual refused to give the credit. They denied and were unhelpful even after I provided all the facts and the proof of offer. Store should have fix the issue or point the customer to right direction.
Keerthana could see I was struggling while waiting in line. She got me a chair to sit while I was in line. God love her for doing this at Mount Pleasant/ Eglington store. It is Thursday July 17, 2025 so bring seniors day it was busy. Thank you very very much . Customer Maxine
Went for something behind the counter (Hylo Gel eyedrops) and it was significantly marked up ($63.99) compared to the two Shoppers I went to previously at Yonge/Eglinton ($56.29) and Bloor/Yonge ($54.29). Hopefully they don’t also mark up prices for meds considering it’d be particularly insidious given they’re right next to a retirement home.
I needed to drop off a sharps box, and was informed that the pharmacy could not receive that particular box I had. It was then suggested to me by the pharmacy staff to transfer the contents of the sharps into their box. Obviously this is an incredibly unsafe suggestion. When I asked where else I could drop off the sharps, the pharmacy staff did not know. I find it irresponsible to not be able to provide any alternative location to drop off a full sharps box, especially as the pharmacy dispenses needles/ injections daily. Frankly it’s a public health risk. Luckily I am responsible enough to find the appropriate solution on my own.
