I visited last Thursday and the lady who works in the Beauty section is one of the most kindest and sweetest person I've ever met that I just had to leave a nice review :)

I had a very troubling experience at this pharmacy when receiving my yearly vaccinations. The person who administered the vaccinations was very rough and injured me with serious bruising. I have never been handled so violently and have never had a similar experience with any other provider for needles of any kind. I tried multiple times to communicate with the pharmacy and with the head office regarding my experience and was met with silence. At a minimum, this person needs retraining - though given the attitude I am not sure they should be dealing directly with people at all. However, the disrespect with which the pharmacy has treated me is concerning and I would not recommend that anyone visit this location for treatment.

Aliah is such a great beauty specialist! She shade matched me perfectly and helped me find a sunscreen that I love. Her smile and friendly vibe made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend her!

I'm giving a 4 star because I went for a passport photo shoot and the person who attended to me was trying to exhort more than the regular price and it made me regret going there

I always have a positive experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. The staff are incredibly friendly and consistently helpful, especially when I'm picking up my medications. Their exceptional service really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

To be honest I been to multiple shoppers drug marts and mabey it more my attitude towards everything but it seems like all the staff here are very friendly and the pharmacist is kind and very helpful.....best shoppers I ever been in

I bought a $18 NYX Butter melt blush from this Shoppers, when I noticed the tamper seal sticker was broken I tried to open it to make sure it wasn't damaged. I dropped the blush and it shattered into a thousand pieces, SECONDS after I had purchased it at self-checkout. The staff told me there was nothing I could do because it 'wasn't damaged when I opened it'. I couldn't even tell you if it was because the whole thing broke before I could even open it! It stained my hands and clothes, and just like that $18 was down the drain. I would never normally pay that much for a blush, but it was a treat, and they didn't have the decency to even give me store credit for it :( SO insanely disappointing.
