This is the worst Shoppers I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They just do not have enough staff behind the counter to assist customers in a timely fashion. They make you wait 10 minutes in line without even acknowledging your presence, then they make you wait a good 45 minutes to fill a prescription that should take no more than 10-15 minutes. And there is nowhere for a sick person to wait. Would be nice if the person typing into the computer could get up and help the ONE other person doing all the work. Terrible customer service. The worst I’ve experienced at any pharmacy, Shoppers or otherwise. Just terrible. And consistently so
Here to say what a helpful team this location has got! I had prescription-transfer related issues and loads of coordination between three different pharmacies. Walter from the team went above and beyond to not only resolve the issues blocking my medicine pick-up but also personally informed me of the whys and hows on phone. Really impressed with the professionalism and attention to client well-being.
I had recently vistited this store and i had a great experience.i was basically going there for buying perfumes. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. Mainly when I visited the beauty section so that the beauty specialist was amazing very professional, friendly, and super helpful. She took the time and recommended me the blue de chan perfume and pevonia sunscreen for me. I really appreciated their honest advice and expert knowledge. It made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

I had a great experience at Shoppers Drug Mart while shopping for cosmetics. I was looking for a product that would suit my skin type, and one of the employees, Ekta, was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through different options. Her knowledge and patience made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable.
