The service at this pharmacy is absolutely abysmal, most of the individual staff members are nice enough, and one is honestly amazing, but overall it couldn’t be clearer that helping customers is the lowest item on their list of priorities. I regularly wait 10-15mins for the staff to acknowledge me, after already waiting 2 to 3 days for them to refill prescriptions for very common medications. On top of that, on more than one occasion I’ve had them just not refill critical prescriptions because they ran out of the medication, and not even notify me that they weren’t going to fill them so that I could make other arrangements. Grossly irresponsible, I won’t be returning. Edit: I physically went in to request a refill of a critical medication three days ago, and when I called today (72 hours later), they didn’t know anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.
I enjoyed the service given from this store the products are very nice and have reasonable price. I usually go there after 5 pm I was amzed the service given by the newly merchandise baby face girls. Girls keep the good job. Thank you.

Recently went in when I was dealing with months long eczema on my face and I was so lucky to have Sharon help me. I went in feeling stressed and out of options and she was so patient and kind helping me find products, she even consulted with the pharmacy. I truly felt taken care of and not only that but my symptoms are better for the first time since November. Thank you Sharon⭐?
Rima (pharmacist) was incredibly sweet and helpful. She listened to my concerns patiently. Riya as well was very sweet and helpful. This place definitely deserves a higher rating.
SDM is such a rip off ever since it was taken over by Lowblaws all those years ago. I’m officially done shopping there, they price gouge their customers in this awful economy, while everyone is struggling- all so that they can make sure each quarter they have record break in profits. Shop local
U would think with all the problems this place would be empty but Its busy all day !! I never have to wait and I’m there daily for a rehabilitation proscription so the best customers win lol
