We love Snow white , Tita and Princess Jasmine. All are helpful except security really needs to stop staring at me , leggings and shorts doesn't mean I'm shoplifting. Trans doesn't mean I'm desperate either.
I visited the Shoppers Drug Mart at 1084 Wilson Avenue today. From the moment I walked in, the security guard began following me. While I was in the cosmetics section waiting for a clerk (who was assisting another customer at the time), after she finished I walked over to her for help. Two minutes into our conversation, the security guard came and stood very close behind us. His presence felt heavy and intrusive, almost as if he was intentionally crowding our space. He even reminded the clerk that other customers were waiting, which I found inappropriate and outside the scope of his duties. After finishing with the clerk, I moved to the card section, looking for an engagement card for a friend, but I could still feel the security guard’s obvious and continuous surveillance. He even followed me to the cash register, and stayed there until a cashier asked if she can help. I have never felt so offended and uncomfortable while shopping. The conduct of this security guard was intrusive and unacceptable.
I had such a positive experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart thanks to the pharmacy manager, Linda. Even though this isn’t my regular pharmacy, she took the time to review all of my medications, check for drug interactions, and explain everything clearly — all while managing questions from other customers. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made me feel safe and cared for, especially since I was starting a medication that was new to me. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond like this, and I’m so grateful for her support.
This has been the best Shoppers Drug Mart I have encounterd in the past 30 years. The pharmacy staff and Pharmacist are wonderful to deal with and come with more knowladge then most pharmacies. Highly recommended!! Shout oit to my amiga Carolina for all her effort the past years as well.

There is an employee named Öznur at this location who behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner during my visit. While my sibling and I were having a private conversation, she suddenly assumed we were talking about her and reacted in an unnecessary and unreasonable way. Her condescending attitude was completely uncalled for and made us feel very uncomfortable. I do not believe this kind of behavior is acceptable for someone working in customer service. I sincerely hope that management will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure more professional conduct in the future.
