Utterly terrible service. I arrive at around 5pm to take a photo Im told the camera isnt working. I call back 4 hours later the story has now changed to the person who takes photos has left. Its almost as if the staff is just too lazy to do the job.

Visited this store for a passport-size photo and had a very disappointing experience. Helen, the cashier supervisor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The overall atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed frustrated. They charged $29 for two passport photos that we didn’t even request. When I asked about the pricing, Helen dismissively replied that “other desperate stores might charge less, but that’s our price.” Terrible customer service — I would give negative stars if possible. Definitely do not recommend.

Cashier supervisor Shaheda couldn't honor the sale price that was still on the vitamins I wanted to purchase....The sale expired but still should have honored the sale price. This store needs a whole new staff recruitment if they want to improve customer service... They don't care and giving up. Avoid this place at all costs. I also noticed that they are using milk crates for putting up stock not ladders, looks like a WSIB claim on the horizon. This is not the shoppers I use to remember do better!

I'm a frequent customer, and I've never had any problems with the staff. Neither from the pharmacy at the back, which they're all great people. Nor Canada Post employees to the right back of.the store, which they're pretty knowledgeable about how things work. It's true usually one or two cashiers, they're friendly staff, sometimes roaming refilling some items back onto shelves. If you ask them nicely, they will come and help you at the cash. The store itself is very clean, it's rare if any items are missing. Unless of course they're on sale. Besides that, it's a peaceful place, accessible, and staff with friendly and polite people.

Asked the older lady at the register she had glasses on with long brownish hair, if i could get a senior discount as I was buying diapers and other medication for my elderly parent and she said "No, You have to bring the senior in to get the discount ". So tell me how can I bring them in if they are disabled and not able to even get out of the house? Does this even make any sense? What a bunch of clowns working here!!!

Worst place to shop. I had a terrible experience here today. I was comparing products from different brands when an Indian lady employee made an unnecessary comment: "I just arranged the items, please don't ruin it." We were being careful, and there was no mess at all. Even if there had been, I don’t believe it’s appropriate for an employee to speak to a customer that way. Isn’t that part of the job she’s being paid for? PS: The lady usually works in shipping and receiving. She is tall, thin, and dark skinned (Indian). Sorry, I had to mention this so that others can be cautious when dealing with her. I shop here almost daily and have never had any issue with other employees but after today's experience, I feel reluctant to return

I had a very upsetting experience at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Flemington. I was shopping with my 2-year-old daughter, and while she did drop a few items (as toddlers do), my wife and I were actively picking them up and gently correcting her behavior. Despite our efforts, the manager, Andrea, came over and yelled at us, saying, “This is not a playground, hold you’re daughter” It was loud, embarrassing, and completely uncalled for. We were being responsible and respectful as parents, and there was no reason to be spoken to like that in front of other customers. I understand that staff have rules to enforce, but there’s a professional and polite way to handle situations—especially when young children are involved. Andrea’s attitude was incredibly rude and made us feel unwelcome. I will be thinking twice before returning to this location.
