The worker named Nilima signed me up for pc Mastercard instead of pc optimum points card. She lied to me and opened up a credit card while she constantly said it was for pc optimum points card. Now I’m having to go through extra hassle to deactivate the Mastercard. This is fraud! People go unbelievable lengths just to meet their quota
A serious concern about the conduct of one of pharmacy customer service representatives, Prutha. During my recent visit, I found her behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke so quickly and carelessly that it was hard to understand her—almost as if she wasn’t interested in helping customers at all. Her tone came off as dismissive and disrespectful, and her rushed communication created confusion instead of clarity. It felt like she was just throwing out information without any regard for the customer experience. What’s even more concerning is how she handles personal information. She asked for detailed client information loudly, in front of other customers—completely disregarding patient privacy. This is unacceptable in any healthcare setting and should be addressed immediately. Behavior like this damages the reputation of Shoppers Drug Mart's pharmacy services. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, and their private information should be handled with care. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure better service going forward.
I have been going to the Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy almost every week for 2 years. Pharmacists are very friendly, no attitude, They will take refill prescription orders over the phone and process them within 1 hour always, consistently, on-time without any issues. Other Shoppers Drug mart Pharmacies standard refill time is 48 hours. Shoppers World pharmacy refills in one (1) hour.. Never had any issues and no mistakes. Best female pharmacist in Scarborough East York . 5 Stars
Cash supervisor DELLAL thinks she owns the store and YOU. Slamming the register on your face Customer service reps don’t know what customer service means? Find a job where u don’t interact with customers.
I just don't get it, previously I've given this pharmacy 5 stars. They were always respectful and helpful. Because of circumstances I decided to transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to them...that was a mistake. I couldn't even get a estimate on what my co-pay would be and I just didn't feel they were interested in me as a customer being a senior and all. I'll still give them 3 stars for the good work in the past but I'll avoid them for anything formal, like prescriptions!

Terrible... 1) I called the pharmacy to verify if my prescription was faxed, someone pickup the phone without a word just placed me on hold, no acknowledgement at all so i was thinking okay ill let it slide because they might be busy, on hold for over 40 minutes not a single soul picked up, not too sure if they forgot but this is why i find it unprofessional to just place someone on hold without a word 2) called back numerous time until someone picked up but for a good while they just kept placing me on hold without a word 3) i got fed up so i hung-up and pressed 0 for customer service, 1 star because someone did try to help me out, she worked at cash so explained that she couldn't directly go there so she will page pharmacy to pickup only to once again be placed on hold without a word. the girl at the cash picked up again and was very apologetic, told me that pharmacy said she cant do that and to tell me to call pharmacy directly (it sounded like pharmacy scolded her) 4)called pharmacy again, no one picked up, called again was going to ask customer service to patch me through a manager but now pharmacy picks up (?) 5) spoke to a man, he told me my prescription was there, he came across really rude and fed up and asked for my number so they can just text me in the future. 6)it took me over an hour just to get someone at pharmacy only to be dealt with by someone unpleasant for about 12 seconds
