I had a wonderful experience exchanging a perfume today. The cashier at the cosmetics counter was incredibly welcoming and made the whole process effortless. They were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful in making sure I left with something I loved. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Kayla the beauty specialist is like so rude. She doesn’t know how to handle the customer she was so arrogant and with tons of attitude. I was there to return my beauty product where my total bill was $171 and refund items were $37. As soon as i entered i told her that i am here to return my product she was like why? I explained that why am i returning. She explained me the refund process with full of arrogance as if its going from her pocket. Later when the refund was done she checked my eyeliner which i earlier stated that its not easily applying to my eyes she just simply applied that to her hand and showed me that its so dark with attitude never the less she knows that it should be that dark in the eyes. Please dont ever go for help from this lady as she doesnt like to do her job or she has no manners how to treat with customers. One of the worst service i ever had in my entire life.

Good convenient location unfortunately only open till 11:00 p.m. but other than that this location is pretty decent with quite a few self-checkout terminals
The pharmacy staff at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 1995 Weston Road went beyond customer service to support my recent illness. For which I am extremely grateful. Thank you is not nearly enough.
Dear Shoppers Drug Mart i am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I recently received at one of your pharmacy locations. 1 visited the store to purchase a Hepatitis B injection and receive the vaccine. The pharmacist accepted my prescription and gave me an appointment for the shot a full seven days later However, I was not informed that the vaccine needed to be stored in a refrigerator, nor was provided with any means-such as an ice pack- to keep it cold. This critical information was only brought to my attention when I visited another walk-in clinic. The pharmacist there informed me that the vaccine had to be kept refrigerated and questioned why it was not stored properly Add itionally, the pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart handed me the vaccine with no guidance and told me to go get the shot elsewhere, which I later learned 'nprofessional and inappropriate. After g the mistake, - returned to the store a u asked for an explanation. Instead of addressing my concerns, the pharmacist simply gave me a copy of the prescription and told me to go to another walk-in clinic. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected professional service and clear communication, especially regarding something as important as a vaccine Unfortunately, what I received was careless negligent, and unprofessional treatment.
I did not visit the pharmacy, but the post office inside this shoppers. Really helped me get what I needed and even helped me calculate the most economical option. Was there mid afternoon, and it was moderately busy. The parking lot was a madhouse
