It saddens me that this is my local SDM and has been for MANY years, so to the owner, I hope you take my review as constructive criticism from a long time neighborhood customer and as your opportunity to IMPROVE Firstly; Items are always incorrectly labeled, or stocked. Sale prices either not correctly reflected in the POS system or has been incorrectly displayed or planogrammed. The amount of times I've been incorrectly charged in the past month is ridiculous Its not the consumers responsibility to stop at each product to study and compare BARCODES to PRODUCTS Secondly, profiling your customers. Is every POC a criminal or thief? Seems like your employees seem to think so. Frankly, I'm disgusted at my family's most recent experience at your location, the blatant profiling was unnecessary and you're lucky we have class, and didn't call out your tactless employees on their blatant discrimination. Frankly, SDM is only ever for convenience, never for your price points. You know this, we ALL know this. So, when you do get customers in your store for your price points, how about not ripping them off, or racially profiling paying customers Buyer's beware

I really like this store. I run a small business and often use Canada Post to mail out my orders. Ashna has always been very helpful and provides great service every time!
I love coming to this store! They’ve got tons of different brands and a wonderful assortment of things. Super big store and the employees are always super helpful. I only shop at this shoppers drug mart because of the employees.
Poonam is my absolute favorite person at Shoppers. She is always so happy and helpful. She always has a positive attitude and shares encouraging messages with her customers. We need more people like Poonam in this world. I love her!
The store not too big, but it is my closesest SDM. Overall it's a good store, I usually go there in the morning, cashier Poonam is always kind and helpful with me.
Usually great experiences but we always try to avoid a girl with glasses that works the cash(been there for a couple years) but is sort of clueless...we've had multiple issues with here. She can't take passport photos well and doesn't know how to override price discrepancies or ask others for help.
