Bought B12 for my cat's weekly injections, asked about syringes (which should be free with purchase) and they refused to give me any because "they don't work with cats and they don't know what size I need". (I told them it was the smallest size they have but didn't know the official name - I now know it's 29 gauge. Same as insulin shots). I'm in a financial bind lately and can't just buy them from elsewhere and because Shoppers locations are all individually owned other places can't honour my purchase at this location. My cat hasn't been getting her B12 injections in the weeks I've been trying to figure this out.
Pharmacy team is great and customer service is even better here than other location I have ever been. Janak, I thank you for getting my prescriptions ready and my mom's delivery getting to her on time before she leaves to see my dad out of province. You are very good at what you do and very helpful with us every time we are there to shop and wait. You make us feel good and want to go back here and always a pleasure. Great job as always!
They really need to hire a couple of people whose job it is to walk around the Grocery Aisles and check that the price tags are actually accurate. I went in for 5 things and 3 of those items all rang up a different (cheaper) price than what was labeled. Just a very disorganized location.
Had an excellent experience today with Kelly in Cosmetics and BOLU, the supervisor on duty. He was upbeat, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I always have positive experiences at this location; moved here to try another pharmacy and am very happy I did. Thank you!
I just came from Shoppers Drug Mart to get a passport photo. The young lady that served me was excellent, as well as the cashier. It is a friendly and welcoming environment with fantastic lighting that lifts the spirit in all seasons of the year. Please keep up the great work!
I've been coming here for years, since this location opened in 2005. and it has always maintained a good level of quality and customer service. No issues at all; the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and pleasant.
Best Pharmacy team I’ve ever experienced. Every time I visit this shopper’s pharmacy I have a great experience. Especially the night team (as I usually go from 8pm on). They are so knowledgeable, caring, attentive and efficient. They answer all of my questions and follow up questions (when I have to call back). I’m always impressed by them.
