I went here to look for a Christmas gift in the beauty section. Adrianna was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable about all the products. She provided excellent customer service.
They charged my friend $140 for PRESCRIBED medication while she is under 24 and kept saying its not covered. This pharmacy is full of rude employees who dont care and dont even know how to do their job. They dont pick up the phone when you call either. They charged my friend for no reason, one quick search to find out the medication is absolutely covered under OHIP+. These people are scammers, do NOT COME HERE!!!
Horrible service at the pharmacy they tried to accuse me of double doctoring because of a mistake they made… Let alone they gave me the wrong medication more then once this place needs to be looked into by health authorities. I have also overheard the pharmacists talking about how they plan to give a patient a hard time with getting a refill next time they call in only god knows why someone would go out of their way to make someone day more difficult… this place is not professional and I would avoid at all costs. I must say there is one pharmacist who is amazing but she works night shifts and she is ITALIAN if she's around ask for her you wont regret it !
Pretty sure I witnessed a guy bolt out with stuff while I had the LP closely watching me from behind, cruiser ready outside, as I motioned to grab my wallet from my backpack. Ig my crime was looking dishevelled. Thanks for the insane memory.

Had a really bad experience with one bald pharmacist with glass at this location on the evening of 11th July. I asked for a simple recommendation on Vitamin C, and he immediately got aggressive, yelling that "Vitamin C is Vitamin C, it doesn’t matter. Really? Are you Serious?" His rude and unprofessional attitude was shocking. The other staff looked uncomfortable, and I just wanted some basic advice on choosing the right brand and intake amount for my needs. I stayed calm, but this could have escalated quickly. Not coming back here anytime soon. Definitely needs better training in customer service.
Stay away from this location and visit any other shoppers drug mart. This location has a history of racial profiling. They apologize but never do anything about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting.
