I went into this pharmacy and they are not serving patients at all! I gave them my copy of my prescription after being told to try and give it to the EMPLOYEE on the phone. I am very disturbed with the remark and comment she made as she was not helpful and did not greet me help me serve me as a patient she stepped back and threw her hands out and said I’m not going to try to offend you in anyway but You need to tone down your attitude. HOW AM I IN ANY WAY BEING SERVICED OR RECOGNIZED AS ANY KIND OF HUMAN BEING ……NEVER GO THERE!! BEWARE!!!!!
Pharmacy technician (filipino, 40s, name Myra/Mydra something) is not doing her job professionally. First, I came to pick up my medication at 5:10pm. She said “after 5pm Im not working” (they actually close at 6pm on Tuesday and she was scanning the receipts when she said that). Second, although I received a call in the morning to pick it up the medication, she said it’s not ready yet. Another technician checked again and said that my medication is ready so I can pick up. Third, when I turned my back to leave, she said “ Im not talking to patient anymore”?!? I think she had a bad day but I am not deserved for get that attitude from her. Bad experience!
Hours of operation posted on google on Saturday are inaccurate. They are not the most effective answering the phone and I personally have had multiple issues with medication which has not been dispensed, yet appears to be given to me. The pharmacist is great and this location is the closest to me. Their delivery service is good most of the time.
I called to ask about getting medication delivered because I am covid positive. I live about 200 feet from this pharmacy. The woman who answered told me what I needed was OTC and I could get it anywhere and hung up on me. Not very nice or helpful.
I have always had a positive experience at this pharmacy but today, as I waited for my prescription to be filled, I watch the pharmacy owner, behind the cash registers, take off his mask and eat pizza. I was appalled. I watched to see if at least he would wash his hands. Nope. This would be pretty disgusting in a regular situation, but we are still living in a global pandemic.
Amazing team and so helpful. The owner is friendly and helpful along with the team. My family needed medication and had particular circumstances that needed delivery and they made sure we were able to get what we needed. Also very communicative and so supportive! Thank you!
Amazing staff! The pharmacists are super helpful and patient oriented. A gentleman ahead of me was there for his script all the way from Brampton, and I got it why. Good feeling about this one, would definitely choose this one over other pharmacies.
