I came here once and called first. They have impeccable service on the phone and in person, and go out of their way to help unlike Shoppers Drug Mart’s rude a tardy service. This will be my pharmacy going forward and I just have to ask my family doctor’s office to not automatically send my prescriptions to the SDM.
The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication on time. Really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
Switching from Shoppers Pharmacy to The Village Pharmacy was one of the biggest life upgrades of my life. I used to wait in line at shoppers and not be acknowledged for 20+ minutes. The village pharmacy owners know each customer by name and know my partner and I so we can pick up each others’ medication if one of us can’t make it. They are so friendly and the loveliest people.
The service is phenomenal in every medium. Every time I interact with the pharmacy in person, over the phone, and by SMS (!!!!!) they are fabulous. It's just so, so, so pleasant being a customer here. Prompt, courteous and caring. The facility is always spotless. Nothing but good things to say.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and prescriptions are filled within minutes. Gobsmacked that I can walk in and receive my meds in less time than I spend waiting for an explanation as to why my prescription wasn't filled at that one big red pharmacy.
