Open hours at 9:30 am but I came at 10:20 and the door still locked. There was a lady inside and I shook the door. She looked at me and decided to ignore. Never gonna come here again. The ladies in the Greenwood pharmacy are way better than this one.

I apologize that I was late this day as my daughter was very ill and I had to bring her to the hospital. I spoke with the assistant and she apologizes as she was on the phone with another customer and didn’t see you. If you can, please contact the site and ask for the owner, I would like to explain and truly apologize to you in person. Thank you for understanding.

Never buy a gift card from here. I bought one here for my friend’s birthday and the card didn’t work at the store. I didn’t expect this to happen so I threw away the receipt already. However I felt bad for my friend so I visited this pharmacy again. They asked me to come back again twice because their owner wasn’t there, then finally came back the third time the owner was there. Wow, what a horrible attitude. She doubted I even bought the card there. The first thing she said was “I remember someone bought a card on that day but I don’t think it was you” I’ve never had such disrespectful customer service. They should’ve trained all their staff properly how to activate cards so that situations like this wouldn’t happen. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Like the newly renovated pharmacy and the additional services like Meds Review of my medication and flu vaccinations all for free. They have also added many new lines of over the counter products. Staff is exceptional and really care about their customers.
