July 13, 2025. I have been the client of this pharmacy about one year, and noted that one of you, the pharmacist, has bad attitudes towards myself. Every, time upon my return, you keep elevating your voice and yelling at myself. Let this be the last warning to you, and you know who I am because you know in whom you are involved, if you disrespect me once again, I will submit the complaint to the OCP. I am an old school, and I will not permit your bad attitudes that are accusing myself for being racist, to grow and to spread onto my reputarion. I came to your business, not to beg, but to be treated without any chips on your shoulder. I am highly skilled and I will not permit yourself to teach me university level lectures, about proper manners. Secondly, the owner / operator of this pharmacy, that is you, the person who is reading my comments, has slammed the door, closed, onto my face, intentionally, in the summer of 2024, when you was exiting the premise at the same time I did.
It doesn’t surprise me that this place is so busy because Andrew the pharmacist always provides the best service in the area! Recommend you transfer your prescription to him!
The staff at this pharmacy are beyond exception. The service is beyond wonderful, helpful, kind and fast. I am so thankful I changed from the 'big box' drug store where you had to wait in line and you were just a face. Andrew and the staff at Yonge Drug Mart are the best. Thank you all. Wish I could give 10 stars!
Switched over to Yonge Drug Mart and was amazed at their efficiency, professionalism and kindness. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my health care. Dr. Joseph will take all the time you need to discuss and go over any and all questions you may have with a great depth of care and knowledge that I have yet to experience at any other pharmacy, never have I felt rushed or left with questions. I have never had to worry about my prescriptions as they will find the most reasonable prices and quality medication with little to no wait times. I know I am in the best hands, as they go above and beyond for their patients and customers!!
Excellent customer service and a truly professional team! My dad had COVID, and needed paxlovid urgently. Not only did they keep the pharmacy open past closing for us, Joseph the pharmacist also went through all of his medications to check for any drug interactions. He then took the time to explain what we needed to do, so that my dad could take paxlovid safely at home. At no point did I feel rushed through the appointment. Joseph answered all of our questions and even provided advice on how to manage COVID at home. This pharmacy is a real gem of a find!
This is the second time I'm ordering from Yonge Drug Mart. Excellent customer service, prices are good and product gets to your place in a timely fashion. I will continue purchasing here for all my pharmacy needs.
**^Updated Review: NOW THAT Ramy is no longer there the quality of service has declined dramatically. The staff is always changing and even when I call ahead of time to pick up my script I have to wait. I am not happy and moving my business else where. Too bad. I really wanted to support my local business. Previous review: Ramy is an amazing pharmacist. He takes the time to discuss all my medications and is very friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
