I have used this pharmacy for years for monthly prescriptions. They're always pleasant and helpful. If you're in midtown or north Toronto and need a regular pharmacy on the Yonge line, this is a great option.
This is a very convenient pharmacy, it is located on the first floor of a medical building. Every time I needed any type of treatment this is my first choice. The staff is friendly and professional. Every time I went for different types of treatments I got them in less than 10 minutes.
We are now retired seniors and have used this pharmacy since 1984; our experience has been excellent (and I am very sorry that some reviews suggest disappointing experiences) - the staff is very much on top of everything, including refilling our prescriptions, new information about products (including Covid shots and medicine) and very friendly and supportive. As well, I don't know of another pharmacy where the phone is always answered by a person rather than by a machine, which is lovely. From our experience I would very much recommend the Total Health Pharmacy and we are very grateful customers. Thank you!
The most terrible service, long wait time and rude behaviour. The pharmacist, Nasreen, is the worst. Little kids and elderlies all treated horribly- avoid this place.
I used their online form to inquire if they carry a product. They have not reseponded. Other than calling, this is their only means to communicate with them. Sad and very poor service that they do not bother to assist customers with their questions.
I went there last week to fill my prescriptions, i met Tony the pharmacist..To be honest i never had such an excellent care and service like the one i recieved in this pharmacy from that pharmacist before. He went through all my med history & he gave me all time i needed, he even offered me a FREE delivery. BEST PHARMACY IN TOWN..THANKS TONY
I made a purchase of 30 mask here and give the trust without counting them. Later I notice they only gave me 25 pieces. Just sharing an update I got the 5 missing masks today. The owner is very nice, really appreciate the follow up.
