Not the same quality as their location in Roncesvalles. Staff were rather rude and ramen was fine. It was just two of us at the kiosk. Visit their original spot instead for warmer staff and greater food experience.
Tried the Japanese curry ramen. Quite good. Staff were super friendly and it's nice to eat ramen in their well lit seating area with the Waterworks vibe around you. Would definitely come back to try the other ramens.
It's overpriced - the serving size was underwhelming. I'm a short, under-average sized girl and I was still hungry after finishing my bowl (the Musoshin Ramen bowl). Also question the quality of the ingredients because felt a bit sick stomach-wise after but that could be from other things. Broth was very tasty though, and the noodles were good. Staff working were attentive.
We came for a late lunch @ Waterworks, so it wasn’t busy at all. Love the food hall, but this ramen spot was alright! I’ve been wanting to check them out in Roncy, but this is closer. For it being on the Michelin guide (?) or maybe just the Roncy location, I thought it was just okay - nothing mind blowing. I thought it was quite pricey compared to other spots that serve cheaper and more flavourful broths/bowls, but I’m still willing to give it another chance at the other location.
First time come here for Musoshin Ramen, order Musoshin Ramen Red, presentation and taste was good, big thanks for the chef to recommend! Definitely will come back again !
Great broth and I like the ramen texture. However it’s smaller than average ramen and for the price the over all atmosphere is like food court with disposable chopsticks.
My first experience here, and it was amazing! The food was tastefull, my option was the Japanese Curry Rice. I strong recommend the curry rice, and I also could try my wife’s ramen, exceptional!
