They've charged us $25 for just a regular coffee and that GF cookie! We only noticed it after we'd left. There are coffee shops not far from the museum, do yourself a favour and stay away.
Would give 0 if possible, food has no flavor, salad is just veggies microwaved with dressing on top. Overpriced garbage food. Bring your own food and save money.
Well, is it really overpriced? Yes. It is like 50% more than the same returnant outside ROM. However, just because it is in the ROM, naturally the price will go up. It is okay price still. The food tastes okay. Don't have high hope on that. The portion size is good. Staffs are friendly and the place is very clean and big. The have so many staffs yet not many customers. Maybe try make the price lower so all the visitors in ROM will consider eating here as their first choice?
Went here for a school field trip, overpriced and undercooked food, the fries weren't salted and tasted bland. Although the burger was semi good. Service was good and atmosphere was average.
Avoid at all cost. Eat before or after. Hot dog stand outside is better than this. Imperfect trifecta. Slow, Bad and Expensive. Pizza looks very sad, didn't order it. Burger patties were so dry I suspect they were from the dinosaur exhibit. The batter on the chicken fingers is the same texture as playground sand.
We ordered 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches come pre-packaged. One of our sandwiches had stale pickles and salad. Even the sandwich tasted stale. Brought it back and exchanged it for a soup. The soup came with stale crackers. Terrible fare. Don’t bother.
Good deli meats because it's Druxy's, expanded selection because it's the ROM cafeteria. Considering the location and style it is good quality and value.
