Their classic banh mi took me straight back to Vietnam, I had the exact same one growing up ON G (prob just the egg pate and soy sauce combo but man I cried my ass off yall)
The sandwich is not good enough to warrant it be twelve dollars. I've had banh mi for 6$ that tasted better. I've wanted to visit this shop since it looks cute but the food is way overpriced for what it is. I had one of their pork sandwich, it's not bad but not great
Order a sandwich tonight around 715pm but was running late to my next stop. Thank you the worker who left my sandwich for me and made sure I got it. I really appreciate it!!!
Takeout review Menu is a little limited, with no classic cold cuts unfortunately. Had the pork and lemongrass chicken, both were seasoned and cooked well. Shrimp rolls tastes pretty fresh and they took the time to wrap them well for delivery.
The Komi classic banh mi reminds me of some of the banh mi I had travelling in Vietnam. Not too much bread, and the egg, pate and sausage go perfectly together.
We LOVE the Bahn Mi sandwiches here. My go to is the Komi House Style Pork Sandwich & my husband gets the Char Siu Pork. You can add some extras & I suggest the paté to up the taste though these are very tasty already. Such a satisfying sandwich!
Ordered the Komi house style pork banh mi and grilled pork sausage roll, both were excellent. Also had the mandarin honey green tea which was refreshing. Will definitely be trying more from their menu in the future.
