I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Pita Pit. I ordered a shawarma to go and, while eating, I found a piece of tape inside the wrap. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food handling and quality control. I expect better attention to hygiene and preparation standards from any restaurant. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Totally disappointed with my experience at Pita Pit. I had completed an online order, fully completed and picked a time to pick it up. I arrive at the restaurant to have the doors locked and the lady not wanting to come talk to me at the door. She finally came to the door saying she never received my order and they were closing a half hour early today. Now I am stuck trying to contact Pita Pit for my money back. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude I received from the employee, when trying to explain my situation. I do not recommend this facility and again and disappointed with the service provided.
We are regulars at Pita Pit. Probably since the store was open at the Stockyards. However I had a bad experience twice in the store with the personnel. Very rude and not acceptable, after they made a mistake in the order the response was ridiculous and silly. My daughter’s friend order a chicken bacon wrap and they only put bacon, we ask them to correct it and they were so disrespectful and rude. It was appalling. I know it is difficult to keep personnel and the training rotation is hard. But they should have a clear procedure and behaviour code. Very bad?
Hey Pita pit ! ?First off would like to say is this your way of cost cutting I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap about 15 mins ago and got about 2 or 3 dime size pcs of chicken. And the rest of the wrap veggies…. And then to see that others have posted about you being stingy on the protine would love to be a customer in the future and love wraps but not while whoever owns this place keeps up the food like that. I’m super glad their was other food places near by to get a meal that would hit the spot. Anyone who reads this and is in denial go there and try it yourself. You’ll be wasting your money tho …
Excellent and versatile meal option. The prices for the food were within my budget and the quality and taste exceeded expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. Would eat here again and I recommend this place as well!!
Save your money. Go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner sucks. The portions are small. The environment is whack. Forget it. Pitiful. My enthusiasm quickly waned when the owner stepped in to handle my customer inquiries. The abrupt manner in which he addressed me was disheartening, and it felt as though he was not interested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, his unfriendly demeanor extended to our interaction as well.When I inquired about a specific ingredient, the owner responded curtly and seemed visibly irritated by my question. It felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. This unexpected encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and slightly disheartened. Edit: As previously mentioned I had my interaction with you, the owner. You were incredibly rude in regards to toppings. You let me know that you had multiple franchises to imply that I was lying about other Pita Pits doing things much better than your location. You were very stingy with portions. Customers are paying their hard earned money and you are skimpy with portions. Ridiculous. Also: It's pretty obvious that you get positive fake reviews from your those you know to boost your rating. You're a very rude man and you don't run your business well. There are so many other pita pits to go to. Don't waste your time going to this one. The owner is pitiful.
Don't waste your time. The owner is so cheap. Edit: The owner needs to learn some manners & stop getting fake positive reviews from his friends. The owner (a bald man) is a complete jerk and very much stingy with his portions. He is rude, and condescending to customers. There are so many other Pita Pit's around the city that are much better. Again, he is very stingy with salad portions, and when I mentioned that other Pita Pit's were much more giving with their portions, he made it known to me that he owns 4 pita pits, to imply that I was lying. It's unfortunate because it's a great location, but this owner is a complete clown.
