Had very good experience with sale associate Tej this morning ( Yorkdale )my husband brought 2 pairs of shoes and he is very helpful. From the time we entered the store he greeted us, very friendly, explained all about the promotion. We will be happy to go back to this store.
I visited this store and found a pair of shoes I really liked. However, the experience was ruined by the employee at the cash register. The staff member was rude while ringing me up. It felt like my business was an inconvenience to them. I expect basic courtesy when making a purchase, and unfortunately, that was missing today.
I want to take a moment to acknowledge Caleb and his amazing energy. I was at the store a couple weeks ago and he helped me with my purchase of boots and he was amazing! His energy is very infectious and enjoyable. The boots i bought were very nice but I value this interaction with him much more. I will always remember it! I also want to thank Cristina during checkout for an equally memorable checkout expeience. Thanks guys! Charlotte
