I went to the store today to buy a purse for my mother in law with my whole family. We were looking at few pieces then one of the store associated approached us and asked us to keep the purses back to where they were. My husband went to put the bags back as I tend to forget things easily and I forgot from where I picked which purse and thats what I told the store associated as well. Meanwhile I was talking with my sister privately that is that not their job to arrange the merchandise, while I was talking to my sister quietly not saying anything to anybody, the store manager overheard us talking as she was lurking beside us. The store manager Sherry very rudely, loudly and aggressively said “ No its not “ I got embarrassed and felt insulted as I didnot say anything to anybody, and out of nowhere Sherry started shouting out loud at me. When I went to the checkout I asked the cashier that I want to report this incident and want the name of the person who shouted at me for no reason. Apparently the person shouting at me was no other than manager herself. She came to me very entitled and aggressively again, gave me her name and started fighting with me again for no reason. All I tried to explain to her that what I was talking to my sister privately was none of her business and she had no right to insult me. This whole experience was very horrible. I felt Sherry racially discriminated me. All these reviews of Sherry being so friendly, polite but the Sherry I met was none of that. I wish the world was more sweet and welcoming. I feel so embarrassed as I was with my family, newborn daughter, my mother in law who came from India just a month ago, my husband and my sister and the whole thing just ruined our day. This was our first visit to Sherway Gardens but because of Sherry we will always remember how we were treated at ALDO store.
Barbra was an excellent help for me this evening! She went above and beyond to help me create the right look. She was extremely supportive and the entire team was an entire vibe!
The one has nothing to do with the customer service at this location. I actually found it quite pleasant but it is for the quality of Aldo products. Purchased two belts and two pairs of shoes and they started to fall apart within 6months of use. Their products look good but are of very cheap quality and not worth the price tag at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere. It's not even worth buying on sale. Trust me.
I don't know why their staff has zero sense of customer service. They just show off their attitude on customer. Specially that girl who was working 21st June 23 at 4pm. They better teach her how to talk with customers.
Very rude staff! If customer is buying something then definitely coustomer gonna come at desk ! They think customer is there to steal from their store.
