This store is the worst when it comes to accepting returns, even going against the company policy. They just keep making excuses to not accept a return, like our server is down, we don’t have enough space in the back (how is it a customer’s concern whether you have space or not), call customer care, etc. Staff doesn’t know their own company’s policies. Never going back! All other aldo’s are fine and helpful.
I’ve been coming here for a long time and my experience is always amazing! I just bought my graduation shoes and Michelle was amazing with helping me and providing great customer service. Will always come back here!
