I had an awful experience where I tried to return a BOGO boot but since I was returning the one on sale, I asked if they could honour the current price of the full priced item given that I’m no longer getting the sale and the full priced boot is on sale. The associates initially tried to do it (with attitude) but than it was taking so long that they made excuses about why they couldn’t (that I was turning the full priced item which wasn’t true - it was actually the opposite). They were extremely disrespectful, rude and didn’t try to help at all.
Let me begin by stating I HATE shopping! I know right? Just no patience and I don’t like crowds. But due to my recent hip surgery replacement, I was advised to get new shoes. I have shopped at ALDO for decades, prices good, quality and selection good, CS staff also good. But this visit was EXCELLENT! I was met by Grace upon entering the store inquiring if I needed any assistance, which I did. Grace was incredible, she knows her product and offered knowledgeable advice and guidance when requested. No hard sales here, just patience, and a friendly sense of calm about her. Instead of selecting 1 pair of shoes, I ended up with 4 beautiful pairs - and a 40% off deal on the 2nd pairs - even better! Excellent value, painless and enjoyable experience, and I feel like I’ve made a new friend as well. Thanks again, Anne
Mon vendeur OLEKS from Aldo shop level 2 eaton center was very patient with me. He helps me alot to make a great choice and I appreciated that. I wish more people like that in costumer services.
Bad Staff behavior I was so pumped to buy a handbag for my mom and my friend was helping me for that. We were looking everywhere and we were holding 3 bags as I wanted to ask my mom on the facetime which one she likes. Once of the black staff lady came to me and ask me, do you want me to take those bags from you? I said nicely no I am good, then She said I can't have to bags everywhere (it was ONLY 3 bags and In the entire store I didn't see any note or information that we can't hold the bags) This kind of rudeness I didn't appreciate it, It ruins my mood and I wasn't feel like to buy anything, I left the store without buying anything and I feel like not to go to the store anymore. I feel particularly that Staff need the training and behavior change to the customers. Thank you.
