Lovely spa and facilities. The staff was friendly and kind. We were greeted with tea before and after our massage. They were so kind to give my fiancé and me little goodie bags for our anniversary.

Giving this spa a 2 for the relaxation lounge and the outdoor terrace but other than that I was really disappointed. It was my first time here and my massage seemed rushed and she didn’t offer to warm the bed until basically the end of the service so I didn’t know that was an option. I’m not happy with the additional fee to use the pool, every other spa has that included. I also feel like putting people on the spot at checkout with an automatic 18% gratuity added on top of health club charge is ridiculous. A $200 massage turned into $300 when all these fees were applied. So just be mindful when going here so you aren’t blindsided. They also never answer the phone when you call so you have to leave a message. I’d stick to the four seasons , Regis or the ritz!

Booked a couples package for my wife and I last Friday. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Professional, friendly welcome at reception, treated with respect by all staff. Steam room and gommage first class and one of the best massages I've ever had. If you're in Vancouver this is a must do.

I was there for my birthday today and totally enjoyed my massage! Sheridan is amazing and Caitlyn, the manager is also great to speak and deal with. Such a wonderful lady and she made sure that every little detail was looked after today. I felt quite special and was very pleased with the service!! Thank you Caitlyn for making sure everything was perfect today! I can't wait to come back

Love the facial and massage. You feel safe and secure under the professional massage therapist. Specially with my back injury I have found the services therapeutic. The manager of the spa is kind , empathic and respectful.

This was not a positive experience. The spa is dark, cavernous, and the music is too loud in all areas. The Men's changeroom feels like an after thought is is small, awkward and uncomfortable. The 'personal product's are cheap. The Relaxation Room was anything but. It is loud, and uncomfortably warm. For some reason there are banana chips as a snack so it's 10-12 people crunching like famished squirrels. The air conditioning was on and so was the fireplace. The staff are polite but awkwardly 'go out of their way/try too hard' friendly. It's like a Stranger Things episode. We asked for a male therapist both had massages and he seems scared to touch us and was unable to apply any great amount of pressure. Not sure why but not a great massage.Your money/time/self-care would be better spent elsewhere.

My sister and I went to this spa yesterday for a massage and a Hammam steam. We enjoyed the relaxation lounge with a nice assortment of teas and baklava. I was expecting a bit more from the spa and health club. The hot tub wasnt working and the products available in the womens change room were satisfactory at best. The Hammam steam was nice but did not reach the level of intensity that I desired. The staff were incredibly friendly and the massage therapist I had was excellent. Overall a nice experience but maybe not worth the cost.

I went for a manicure and pedicure. I also had the opportunity to use the spa facilities before my manicure and pedicure. The spa is ill-lit and very dim. I understand they are working with a certain themed decor, but it does not work for downtown Toronto. The staff provide nice customer service. I was given access to the spa change room, which is different from the pool change room. What I did not know if that there is a water extractor only in the pool's change room and not the spa change room. If I knew ahead of time, I would have taken my set of change clothes to the pool and dried my swim suit in that area. I was stuck with a wet bathing suit in the spa change room area. There is not an abundance of towels to go around. The place does not strike me as environmentally conscious, so I would have liked more towels. The towels were also on the smaller end and did not cover my body well. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were sub-par. I do not know if I was provided Caudalie products, but if I was, I did not feel like they were anything special. My pedicure was average. My basic manicure was sub-par. They did not use a base coat or top coat. They did not give enough time for my nails to dry, so the nail polish smushed. On top of that, my polish started chipping off after 3 days, even though I wash dishes with gloves on. If you want to splurge on yourself, go to the Four Seasons. My experience here was not worth the money.

Such an amazing and top quality spa experience with very nice and helpful staffsI made my reservation through Jenelle on the phone. We had a really great talk and really got me excited to celebrate my anniversary. We both mentioned how sorry we both were as she was off (Sunday) on the day I made the appointment, it would have been so lovely to meet her! She talked about the spa so highly and passionately. I was on the wait list for Saturday and Jenelle personally would call me each time an opportunity came up! Too bad the times offered were always too early for me, but it was nice to know I was always being thought of!Although I was not staying at the hotel, I briefly mentioned that I was staying at the Four Seasons to Jenelle on the phone. To my shock when I checked into the Four Seasons hotel Saturday afternoon there was a hand written letter FROM Jenelle. Saying Happy Anniversary with a lovely quote "Where there is love, there is life" This truly touched our heartsThe confirmation for the spa was there too which made me even more excited and looked forward to the spa. From reception at the spa, we felt so welcomed. Every one was really very nice. After we filled out of forms, we were given to option to use the spa facilities. We decided to relax in the hot tub before we got started. It was spectacular, we felt like we were in the middle of the city as the views of the surrounding buildings and lights were beautiful in the nights sky. The experience was nothing short of amazing, and the staff made us feel extremely pampered and special- Sarah, Cassandra, and Georgia truly made our experience wonderful and we so appreciate how cared for they made us feel the entire time. After our tour of the couples suite (very luxurious and peaceful atmosphere) we received a foot washing which included a foot massage and scrub while we sipped on some tea. After our 20 minute steam in our steam room we started our massages. The massage tables were the most comfortable I've ever experienced- they were heated and the blankets were so soft and cozy, we didn't want to leave! We both enjoyed our massages very much, we both actually dozed off for a bit! After our massages we were brought back into the facility area where were served a chocolate dessert with writing that greeted us "Happy Anniversary" along with some champagne. We would recommend this spa to anyone who wants to get PAMPERED and feel on top of the world! We had an amazing anniversary and so happy we decided to choose Miraj Hammam Spa by Caudalie Paris to celebrate with!

I did not enjoy my services here. From the beginning to the end me and my husband were lost and it was not relaxing. My massage was very inconsistent and her forearm was used more than her hands. We added scalp massages which ended up being an overload of oil on my hair and running her fingers through it not once did she massages my scalp. We only added this so we could use the hotel amenities and this is where things went south. We were brought to the pool and there was barely any seating we wandered around for 15min and ended up relaxing outside for another 15 min. We had no idea there was a lounge inside the spa we only found out because we asked if we could order food and she brought us in there to snacks which ended up being 3 apples. I would not return.
