Had an awesome experience at Drop the Ink with Vicky. She did a tattoo I’ve wanted since I was a kid, and she completely nailed it. She’s super chill, easy to work with, and made the whole process really comfortable. Vicky totally understood my vision and brought it to life perfectly. I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out and can’t wait to show it off. I’d 100% go back to her, and I totally recommend checking her out if you’re looking for a great tattoo artist.

This is my favourite place! Had an appointment with Vicky and she’s so amazing! Helped me decide on placement and size, amazing artist. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was impeccable. This is my new go to!!
I came her in December 2022 and went with a tattoo artist named Ato. I had a bad feeling from the start. He emailed me a draft of the design for a cover up at 10pm the day before my appointment, after I sent him multiple emails asking for an update. I said I was very unhappy with the designs he provided, and said I wanted to cancel the appointment. But he begged me to give him a chance and told me he'd have some revisions for me very soon. Once I recieved them they were better. Against my better judgment, I went the next day. The artist was Korean and didn't speak English, but there was a translator who worked at the shop. I kept emphasizing that I was looking for an x-ray tattoo, and she translated that to the artist. She assured me that he understood what I was looking for, so I went on with the appointment. The tattoo was on my ankle, so once he started I wasnt looking down. I have no idea what techniques are used to get an x-ray tattoo, and since the translator assured me he understood, I didn't question him. But when I did look down, it wasn't quite looking how I expected. Once he finished, I almost cried. The tattoo was not an x-ray at all! I wanted an ethereal looking beta fish with a wispy x-ray tail and it was blockish and not wispy at all! He tried to fix it and it only made it worse. I have been going for tattoo removals since then and it's still not gone! It looks horrible. Not only does it look ugly, he really put the ink deep in there and messed up with the needle when he tried to fix it. I'm so unhappy with it and the staff for assuring me they can bring it to life. Just a money grab. Terrible service.
Gotten a couple of pieces done here by Keni. Everything that comes out of this place is always amazing, I have the chillest time. Would recommend for beautiful work
Went in for a walk in- tat. Was basically faded as it healed. I’ve been trying to reach out to the artists/ studio for weeks and no response to getting a touch up.
I love this studio!! I went to Toronto to get a tattoo by a guest artist at there studio, Leesu was so amazing and did an amazing job on my tattoo! The reason I am writing a review here is because I was having a really rough time with the pain of the tatto and just my mental state that day but everyone was so sweet there. They let my family member S and dog Violet come in. Having them there helped immensely. I remeber talking with a couple different artists that were there that day. I just wanted to say thank again. You all are amazing. In the future when I go back to Toronto I will definitely be getting tattooed by one of these amazing artists! ? ?????? P.S if anyone is wondering here is the tattoo I got!
