I initially came to this shop because one of the artists I trusted and had a great experience with previously joined their team. At the previous studio, my experience with her was amazing, and because of that, I naturally trusted this new studio to offer the same level of professionalism. However, my experience here fell well short of what I had come to expect. I booked with a new artist, expecting the same quality of service, but the whole process was full of vague direction and a lack of details. It was far different from what I had experienced at other studios before, and it left me wondering if the staff had gone through proper training. Because of this, I chose not to proceed with my appointment. It’s honestly surprising to see such a lack of professionalism from this kind of “high-end” studio. I genuinely hope that when these amazing artists choose their studios, they do so more carefully, as their previous clients will trust their choice based on their past good reputation.

Ray/48zheng.tattoo is a horrible artist! Their work turns out nothing like what is posted on their portfolio. They refuse touch ups and declined to put me in touch with their manager! Please listen to the reviews! I have a mess on my arm now because of Ray. I feel so stupid looking at how little examples of healed work they have available! Please stay away!
I got my very first tattoo here yesterday for my birthday. I chose a flash mushroom tattoo from Sophia ( clrsplsh )since I’d been admiring her work for a while! She knew it was my first one and was very kind and informative about the process, what to expect and how to care for it after. She made me feel very comfortable, and she was quite quick but her work was flawless and I couldn’t be happier! ☺️ I’ll definitely be back for another one in the future.. decisions decisions ?
I got a tattoo by Sophia and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was great. She was very opened and interested to my ideas, and captured everything that I wanted to highlight. I also appreciated how flexible she was with the appointments by making the tattoo on my birthday - it felt even more special :) It’s literally my favorite tattoo and I’m already thinking what design to ask her for this fall. Super recommend the studio. It’s clean, organized, with lots of cool people and amazing artists. Sophia is super talented and if you don’t have a tattoo by her you’re missing out!
I have more than a dozen tattoos done here by Sophia! In the past I have been turned down by other artists when I request color tattoos, but Sophia has never told me she couldn’t handle it. She’s happy to work with me and color is absolutely her area of expertise. I have both referenced and custom work done by her, and have even won an award on a piece she did for me! Unfortunately I moved, but I will absolutely be returning just to be able to be tattooed by her.
I had an amazing experience! I worked with Elissia and I would highly recommend her. She was great about communicating prior to my appointment and was very thorough during my appointment, and in general very sweet. I would definitely come back again in the future!
