Horrible customer service. They will ignore all your feedbacks once they received your down payment. Management is rude beyond unprofessional, don’t even bother contact him.
I got tattooed by Zoey, and the experience was wonderful. Communication with her went smoothly. On the day of my tattoo, she knew it was my first tattoo and made me feel at ease. The tattoo didn’t hurt at the beginning, but I did feel some pain towards the end. It took about 40 minutes. The tattoo itself is perfect, but the experience made it so much more memorable. I highly recommend this studio and artist.
Lara did a wonderful work on my 3 tattoos. She was super sweet, and made the entire process go smoothly with picking the right tattoo designs and exact placement on my arms. Lara thank you so much, you’re my favourite tattoo artist now.
Rude. Waited 30 minutes yesterday just to ask if they were taking walk ins. Multiple artists walked by us, no one responded to us trying to ask questions and basically pretended we weren’t there. Had to walk into the middle of the shop to try to ask someone for assistance. Not a great look for potential customers especially when walk ins are advertised. It’s fine to not have the time, but don’t avoid people. Will never try to book here again.
I had most of my leg tattoo'd at this studio by an incredible artist named Dabin! I had two separate sessions and both times everyone there was so friendly, everything was clean and they always made sure I was comfortable. This was definitely one of the best studios ive ever been too! The location is also perfect as there is parking right beside if needed (I went to the Bloor shop). Highly recommend going here for any tattoo needs :)
Got a tattoo done from Dee here. She was really accommodating on the design and sent me multiple versions without any hesitation. Studio was very comfortable and I'm super happy with how it turned out. They play some great music too ?
