These guys really understand how to help and treat a customer. They have customer service down pat. Went in for winter tires and they talked me through all the options. Purchased the tires and they mounted them on my rims. If I had to use only one word to describe Dufferin Tire, I would say trust. I trust what they say and trust the work they do.
WOW! What an amazing experience I had! This was my first time and won’t be my last. Fast, efficient and the staff are amazing. My tires were unsafe so the new ones were ordered Friday and installed Saturday! My only regret is I didn’t get to thank each of them. So Thank You if you are reading this.
I came in with a flat tire and left with a repaired one. Brad and the team explained the options (plug or replace) and went above & beyond by taking my tire off to examine the damage, which gave me a cost effective option (plug). Not knowing a thing about cars yet alone tires I left there with some new knowledge b/c of Brad's transparency. Definitely a place I can trust!
Omg! This is one terrific business. They are friendly, fast and fabulous. Quality people too and a family owned business so you get that kind of feeling and service too!
They were extremely friendly and helpful. I found myself in a bind today with a flat that initially I only though would be a patch but ended up being a replacement. Despite being busy, they were able to help me out and were extremely patient with me and my questions. They definitely made the best out of a stressful situation for me. The price was very reasonable as well and came out to less than I expected.
Was kinda scared to drive my car. Tires felt very wobbly especially on the highway so I stopped the nearest tires place and found Howard who came out right away to look at the tires. Very great guy and took care of the problem
