Had a puncture in my tire and the team at OK Tire was super accommodating, fast, and friendly. Frank, who helped me out, was especially kind and approachable—even collected the screw from my tire to give to my son, which he thought was pretty cool. Really appreciated how easy they made the whole experience—such a non-intimidating place to go for car service.
Heavy rain last night took off my engine splash guard and jammed it, dragging under the car. Even though the guys were very booked up with snow tire appointments, Frank and Vince got me in right away and helped me out. I’ll be back with that kind of old school service. Thank you gents!

Great tire shop. Booked appointment with preferred dates, got call to confirm. When an earlier appointment was available, was called and asked if I wanted it. Smooth service, complimentary re-torque reminder. Located in a visible location, but definitely a hidden gem in the city.
Ok Tire is an Excellent Tire shop. I have been using OK Tire for many years. They are always great with their prices and excellent with their customer service. They are reliable and even if you have a flat tire they will make room to accommodate you. Great shop, great people and great service!
This guy has attitude problems. Even before entering the store he said that it was not possible to replace winter tires and that he needs a month to do so. He should not be in tire business if he has operational issues. If you are a tire store customers will come to you for tires, and if you are not able to give a polite reply then this is not the right business for you.
