This is my very first time writing a review for a business, and I want to share my experience. I was searching everywhere for a set of winter tires and came across Quality Wheels. I contacted the business, and Shane was very helpful and kind in replying to all of my questions and concerns. I could tell he genuinely cared about his customers even just through text messages. Although I don't live nearby, I still drove to see the shop and I'm glad I did! Meeting Shane and his team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the service and I'm truly happy! With the holidays coming up and the current state of the economy. I'm on a tight budget and Shane helped me save money! Thank you very much Shane! The gentlemen at the shop are really nice, helpful, which made me feel comfortable. Now, I can have peace of mind and confidence to drive this winter, thanks to Shane and his team! Thanks again! I highly recommend this shop! great service, super kind people, helpful and affordable! I will definitely returning :)

The shop name speaks for its self, couldn’t have gone to a better shop, these guys got my rims right. Will definitely keep going there and will recommend this shop to friends and family. Real good pricing as well.
I have been here a few times already and the guy is awesome.. very down to earth guy.. trust me you won’t find any other shops that does better jobs then him and price is cheaper than everyone else I have been to other shops. Now he didn’t ask me to put a review of his work..this is solely my opinion because I loved his work. I hope to see your business grow and God bless you brother..
Mazda 3 - Curb rash repair My tires and rims were brand new, but I accidentally got curb rash on my left rear rim and also noticed a small scratch on the right rear. Both are alloy rims, so I started looking around for a repair shop. Most places were charging over $200 for just one rim, and getting an appointment was like a 4-day wait since they were fully booked. I found Quality Rims online and messaged them on WhatsApp—they replied quickly and scheduled me for the very next day! I got both rims fixed for less than what most places charge for one. The two guys working there were super friendly and helpful. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely come back or recommend them to friends!

He’s a great guy, I had a cracked rim he came to my location filled up the tire and fixed it within the same time I got off from my phone. I recommend doing business with him.
