I’ve gotten my cars serviced here for years and have referred friends and family. GT Automotive is truly a sincere family business and I will continue to support them. Tony is such a great mechanic: he is honest, and professional. They are flexible in scheduling, always gets the work done in a timely manner and will diagnose any problems you may encounter.
I have been taking my 2014 Kia Soul to GT Automotive since 2023 and would be shocked if I haven't already written them a great review. I was reminded of their skills, patience and kindness today after bringing my car in to have multiple things fixed. During a weekend when GT was closed, I felt I had an urgent issue with lights not working so I succumbed to taking my car to a Kia dealership. The staff were nice and for 2 months, the dealership tried to solve the problem but then resigned to not being able to fix it unless we tried an $9,040.00 option. In fact, they told me to try another mechanic. Returning to GT today, they appear to have fixed the issue in a matter of a few hours and $10.17. It almost seems too good to be true... but at the end of the day, Tony will always tell me to let him know if the issue returns so they can continue to problem solve. From day one, they have always taken photos/video of issues they find within the car to share and explain, which I appreciate to no end. Love having them in our neighbourhood and would highly recommend them.
Had my first experience at GT Automotive today and I can say with complete confidence that I was beyond impressed! It's rare to find a mechanic shop who's employees are honest, informative, and caring. Tony and his team are phenomenal. My vehicle was taken care of quickly, and effectively. Once I gave my vehicle over, I knew right away that I didn't have to worry about a thing. The first shop I found that didn't break the bank and took proper care of my vehicle like it was their own. Highly recommend!
