Amazing, fast service. I called them and literally 10 minutes later my car was already on the lift being worked on. I was missing a lug nut and they installed it super quickly with no hassle at all. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Really appreciate how fast and smooth everything was — definitely recommend this location.
Left on hold for almost 40 minutes without being able to speak to anyone. Eventually I had to hang up because I had to go into a work meeting. I had specific questions for them, but since I can’t reach them, I feel uneasy using them now for my winter tires in case I have any future need to contact them, they’re unreachable…
They weren’t able to help me because they didn’t have a tire in stock (and couldn’t get one same day) which was frustrating for sure but the guy at the front desk was super kind and offered to change my tire to my spare for me. Once I did that myself in the parking lot, he noticed my spare was low on air and offered to fill it for me. Incredibly kind and really didn’t have to be. I’d never been there before and I wasn’t spending any money.
Customer service is not always measured by perfection, but rather by how problems are managed. On this count, the Roncesvalles team has excelled on my last visit.
