Bought a car from them, I told them about all the defects. Mel (manager) says to drop vehicle off at dealership as he will get someone to drive it to one of his many mechanics. Get my car back (many times) and the same things keep happening for months. They never fixed anything at all!! Do yourselves a favor, don’t buy from here.
I gave these guys 1 star for the effort they put into conning the costumer my son's girlfriend bought a car with these crooks they provided safety and all once she received the car took it to her preferred shop and there were multiple safety issues with the car including the check engine light not working at all brought it back 3 times to fix issues and still cutting corners fake receipts etc... was told by one of the employees they keep changing shops for safety the boss tells me he's been with the same shop over 10 years this dealer is a crook do not go there read the reviews first take it from me
I purchased a car Toyata Rav4 2011 a few weeks ago and dealt with Samuel, he was very lovely, and I never felt pressured into buying anything. The car has been great so far, I was hesitant as it was high kms but the car was well cared for. Fingers crossed it will last me many years but I know if anything serious comes up I can reach out and I am confident that they will treat me right. I bought a car from them in April. It has run into a problem almost every month. I was told it hasn’t ever had any issues. A week after buying it my radio stops working. It only works sometimes and sometimes it will cut off while I’m driving and making a loud pop noise. When I called them asking them to take a look at it the owner told me to bring it in. When I got there the owner wasn’t there and the salesman there had no idea I was coming. I left my car there for the day and the salesman told me he would have someone look at it and received no call back regarding when I can get it until I called them like 3 times in the evening. When I got there they said that because it was working at the moment they weren’t sure what the issue was but if I want I can bring my car to them and they can get a specialist to look at it. I said screw that because I already wasted a day leaving my car there for nothing, no one had come to look at it. When winter came I needed to change to winter tires. The piece that takes the bolt out my tires was missing and when we called to ask about it they basically just told us I don’t know we don’t have it. So they sold the car without that bolt being in there. I had to get the bolts cut. My battery also died so I had to replace the battery. Now it’s January and despite changing the battery my car will not start once again. And my windows will not roll up all the way if I roll them all the way down. I was played.
Terrible experience. Needed to purchase a used pick-up for use as a work truck. A safety was supposed to be included, and a safety certificate was provided, HOWEVER, there were issues with the brakes, and the parking brake did not work. The vehicle was supposed to have a 3-year third-party warranty included; it has never been provided. It was supposed to have new XT snow tires installed. The dealer installed what appear to be used mud and snow tires. When I complained Mel said "they meet safety." No communication. Evasive. In my opinion, not honest or truthful. AVOID THIS PLACE.
I purchased a Acura MDX From Auto Cross. Al helped me with the process from the point I stepped in till I stepped out. I had a fun and enjoyable experience. I never thought buying car would be that easy.
My father and I just purchased 2 vehicles from auto cross and couldn't be more pleased with the price and condition of them. Also excellent service from our salesman AL. He didn't let us leave till we were happy with our purchase. Both vehicles detailed, safety and ready to go leaving us nothing to do but drive off. Next time I'm looking for a vehicle, I'll check Auto cross first. Thanks again guys !
