I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this dealership was so unbelievably bad that I felt obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, I was kept waiting around by the sales staff, who seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. When someone finally came over, they couldn’t answer even the most basic questions about the used Hondas on the lot — things any competent salesperson should know. The cars themselves were in terrible shape. Multiple warning lights came on during my test drive, which was a huge red flag. The interiors were dirty, unsanitary, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The whole place was completely unorganized, and at no point did I feel welcomed or even acknowledged properly. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dealership. I had a much better experience down the street. There are plenty of better places to buy a car — this is not one of them.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The car I purchased had mechanical issues almost immediately after I drove it off the lot. I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead I ended up dealing with unexpected repairs and added costs right away. What made it worse was that the dealership didn’t provide the level of support I hoped for when I reached out about the problems. I felt unheard and left to sort things out myself. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from here get a thorough independent inspection before committing. My experience was far from what I expected, and I wouldn’t want someone else to go through the same frustration.
Highly suggest Hasib at the Cars Factory. We'd been looking for a Volvo wagon for some time, and although the dealership was a 3-hr drive from our home, we made the trek because of the great customer service we'd received. After purchasing the vehicle, we had a mechanical hiccup, which Hasib and the owner himself stepped in to rectify. They resolved it to our satisfaction, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. A huge thank you to this team of professionals!
I purchased a few vehicle from The Cars Factory and I can tell you I won't go anywhere else. Great service and prices, plus discount on any future repairs. You cant' go wrong. I have moved out of town but I will still travel to Toronto to buy form them.
Went in to look at a 2015 escape with 77k kms for 17k, everything was great. Unfortunately didn’t end up buying the vehicle. Extremely nice folks, very polite and seems like a good place to buy a car as the prices are good.
After corresponding by messenger about the Mini Cooper Countryman for more than a week, my son and partner attended the dealer on a cold and rainy evening and not provided with any service. Asim did not assist with the car in anyway, and did not unlock the vehicle for them to view. When I messaged him about it he initially denied they attended but after attaching a video of the car my partner took he acknowledged they were there. He said he believed they could help themselves even though he didn’t unlock the car or offer any details or a test drive of the vehicle. Given the other comments here he either had a terrible day or racially profiled my family. Unfortunately his response seems not concerned as he said “sorry for wasting your valuable time”. No other details or context. I will not be returning here.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The owner should not have his salesmen license, absolutely NO product knowledge, will say anything to get a sale!!! If you’re looking for a car DO NOT BUY ON IMPULSE, look around and I guarantee you’ll find a way better company with reliable & trustworthy salesmen who won’t scam you
