Total waist of time. They advertised a car online as coming soon. I wanted it and spoke to them twice about when it would be arriving. When I didn’t hear back from them in a day and called back I found out it was sold a couple hours earlier because somebody just “walked in”. I called a week ahead of time, ready to walk in and buy it but no, they had to waste my time. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
Just picked up my new (used) car today.Purchased from Ben the owner who’s business is surrounded by construction. He sold me a 2016 VW Tiguan and it was exactly as advertised and he did everything that was listed in the ad. The car is pristine. It was like driving away in a new vehicle.This man delivered. I Came to Ben to find a VW to replace my Jetta TDI that was tragically lost in an accident. I saw a near identical one advertised by the dealership I called and asked if it was still available. When I went to the shop all the vehicles were clean and kept in good condition. I test drove the car and Ben assured me everything I mentioned needed replacing would be completed and more to make the car road ready. He was firm on price but fair.
