Needed new brakes and these guys were able to fix my car within a few hours. David was very helpful, helped me understand what was needed and what was being done and his customer service was top tier. Will definitely be going back for any future maintenance I may need!
Absolutely terrible sales rep Vishal. I told him how much I want out of my car and he told me to “be a man about it and think about it differently” absolutely unprofessional. Told me he see’s my same car online and I’m asking close to dealer pricing, but the car he “saw” online has accidents on it. Like this is complete incompetence and I will make sure no one I know shops here based on that one phone call. Disgusting experience.
I had appointment with a different dealership to go buy a Mercedes g- wagen just happen to drop by on my way at this location. Vishal went way out of his way to make sure I am 100% satisfied. He and nick has the best customer service. I would definitely recommend you to go see them before you make a deal with different dealers. Amir was very professional and I had owned a Porsche before bought at Porsche directly, but when I wanted an upgrade I couldn’t find what I wanted. Found the car online and Amir responded to all my inquiries, and booked me for test drive and I bought the car on the spot, he has since called me to follow up. Would recommend him
I usually find it a bit difficult to trust the auto dealerships because I feel like they are usually a bit pushy and I dont really feel comfortable when I feel like im being forced or pushed to do something. His service was amazing, he was very professional, honest, and super friendly! He answered all of my questions (which were a lot!!!) and helped me choose the best car that satisfies all my needs and my budget of course! He patiently educated me about the options on the cars and gave me all the details I needed to decide. It’s been 4 months already and I’m really happy with my Range Rover Evouqe. I really appreciate the time and effort he put for me and I highly recommend his service!
