I purchased a vehicle from Bes 4 years ago and just recently found out the vehicle had two major claims on it that were not disclosed at time of purchase. No CarFax was done and no mention on the bill of sale. These claims totalled $55,000. When brought to Bes’ attention he said “he didn’t know that” and he would possibly buy the vehicle back. Since then; which is two weeks roughly he has not returned calls and has essentially GHOSTED me. I am now forced to take legal matters and will let the court deal with City South Fine Cars Inc. Buyer beware, there is nothing FINE when dealing with Bes and City Fine Cars Inc!!
