Angelo was a pleasure to deal with - he communicated promptly and is knowledgeable and patient. It took me a while to make a decision but he was not pushy. He answered all my questions thoroughly. When I finally decided, Angelo arranged everything in less than two days. The car is in good shape and runs well. Angelo and his staff are friendly, humble, honest and professional. I’m glad I decided on 1st Auto Group.

Today, I texted First Auto Group to buy a car, and I had a terrible experience with their customer service. If you're thinking about getting a car, I recommend finding a dealership where the staff is willing to help you and answer your questions without judging you for being a “younger guy” or being sarcastic. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered!
I had wonderful experience purchasing a car from First Auto Group. I love driving, but never being a fan with anything surrounding it. And I don’t mean just traffic and maintenance but purchasing the car as well. Car dealers attitudes are well recorded and had been notorious ever since the invention of the car. That’s way I was surprised to be look after in a way I wasn’t use to. I was picked up by Angelo and finished the transaction with Peter, whose care and attentiveness was an adequate match of what I already experienced with Angelo. Now days where we were forced to deal with declining costumer services all over the places, where we often hear “ I can perfectly understand you, but the system wouldn’t let me ….it was refreshing to witness that this old fashioned service based on a personal contact is still in existence. Whatever I do I rely on the positivity of the experiences with dealing with the people. Presumption is that the choices they made are in front of me to informed me about what they represent. In this case it was much easier. It was just Angelo and Peter. They are the faces of First Auto Group. And this are the hands you can trust to make you happy with your choices, while they do their job. Highly recommended !
I made an offer $1500 off their listing. Not out of line. I got an email back from Angelo saying, $10 it's yours. Come and get it. I think the previous reviewer was correct. He's frustrated with his life. I'll take me cash elsewhere.
Anjelo was rude and unprofessional. Since he is a grumpy old man who can't satisfy women, he takes his frustrations out on customers instead of providing good service. He does not respond to simple questions, and his attitude is the most disrespectful. Avoid this place if you want a respectful experience.
