By far the best car buying experience ever. Their collection of cars are only of the very best quality. GTA Motorcars is an Excellent auto dealership. Fantastic communication and attention to detail. Almost empathic communication b/c as I was thinking about topics to cover and questions to ask, Terry was on-target with replies that almost verged on mind-reading capabilities. In other words, GTA actually understands attention to detail and the level to which customers will have deeper ownership involvement with vehicles that are beyond the ordinary. I was able to have SUCH confidence in Terry and GTA Motorcars from half way across Canada, closing the deal occurred without even seeing the car in person. Worst costumer service ever! Just left after 10 mins of walking in and no one acknowledging our presence! Not even a hi give us a few mins! Just looking at us like you can’t afford anything in there!
Told me the car I'm interested has no accident over the phone, drove 45 mins over then they tell me there is an accident. Their attitude is like "if you don't buy now the door is over there"
