I’ve been shopping here since the beginning! Must be their oldest customer. I buy and sell and have done so with ease and comfort. Actually I love coming here. It’s kind of a museum, and items are discussed and appraised and appreciated in a laid back nonjudgmental way. Joan is brilliant. Carmen is so organized and helpful. Sometimes I just drop by to say hello and have a look at the latest treasures . Cynthia
Walk ins not very welcome. Are you guys trying to get new customers? As I entered I was met by two pairs of the most hostile eyes ever…no greeting. It’s a shame because i had planned to pick up something I saw on their website, but i will not spend a dollar here.
I've only experienced friendly service here. I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo pumps & Louboutin boots that were practically brand new. I've never shopped at a consignment store until I walked in here and now I keep coming back. Great selection of clothes, shoes & bags - highly recommended, don't believe the negative reviews.
Probably the worst customer Service I’ve experienced in literally any store. I spent half an hour in the store and not once did any of the staff members even so much to say hi to me. I tried on four different pieces of clothing again - literally zero acknowledgement whatsoever. Which is kind of interesting considering that most of their staff members are members of the LGBTQ+ community and one would hope would be a little more inclusive. The space could use an update and better merchandising as well. Really wanted to buy a red ysl bag they had but instead I’m on my phone researching where to find it elsewhere.
Men’s store (I miss you man) Service 0/5 - Non existent or extremely pretentious. Selection 1/5 - Poorly curated, uninspiring. Aside from the collection of vintage Ferragamo parigi loafers, nothing is profound & not worth going out of your way for. Heavily focused on brand consumerism rather than actual style. Advice: move away from heteronormative fashion. Curate a collection that is creative & exciting like Archival Toronto
This review is strictly related to in store service. I went by the store to purchase an item I saw online (instant gratification) and was informed it was sold out. Left disappointed, but then saw it was still online and attempted purchasing it and now it is on it's way to me. Just felt mis-informed about a product and that was a potential lost sale if I didn't double check the site again.
Great selection of high quality high end fashion. The store is small but packed with well curated clothes and accessories at a pretty reasonable price. I love my new Chanel and Dior sunglasses !
